BE SURE TO STOP IN AT
THE SHOPPE FOR WONDERFULLY SOFT ALPACA FASHIONS
Nestled between Denville, Smoke Rise and Mountain Lakes is the quaint community of Boonton Township. Despite the rapid development of surrounding areas, the Township remains rural to this day.
Here in Boonton Township the Johanson family has owned farmland since the 1930s. Our land has been used for dairy and sheep farming, pumpkin, Christmas tree and ornamental tree growing, horse and alpaca breeding and now our wonderful new Barnyard which features an array of farmyard animals to delight your family!
Brookhollow Farm expands!
Home to some of the best known elite alpacas in the country, Brookhollow Farm is also a wonderful place to visit with your family and friends. Our newest addition, Brookhollow's Barnyard, attracts visitors from 2 to 92! Supervised animal petting will be featured. Babydoll Southdown sheep, Icelandic sheep, many varieties of goats, ducks, chickens and bunnies are added to the alpacas, mini horses, donkeys and llamas visitors have come to enjoy at Brookhollow.
Open from May through October, the Barnyard offers a fun and enjoyable excursion for your entire family. Watch for announcements of new features!
Herdsires
Brookhollow's Barnyard offers an experience to make lasting memories for you and your family. Come spend a day with your children getting to know our farm animals. Listen to our alpacas hum; watch our miniature sheep frolic in their paddock; be amazed as our pygmy goats climb above your head to cross their elevated maze; feed our donkeys; or cuddle with a baby animal. Your small children will enjoy driving their own toy tractors, pretending to be excavators with toy front loaders in our sandbox or taking an old-fashioned wagon ride pulled by our vintage blue tractor.
